| Field notes | Juvenile. Solitary. Many small redddish roots at atem base. Stem ca. 8 cm in dm. Leaves with the pinnae regularly arranged in a single plane. As an example of the leaf morpholgy, the following data were noted from a single leaf: 81 pinnae per side, petiole 61 cmlong, rachis 281 cm long, mid-pinna 63 cm long. Sheet 1: petiole + basal part of rachis. Sheet 2: part of basal third of rachis. Sheet 3: part of central third of rachis. Sheet 4: leaf apex. |
