| Field notes | Tree some 8 m. tall. Yellowish-cremish sapwood. Wood has aromatic smell like many of the Cinnamomum species. Uses: Wood for knife handels and other handels. The heart wood can be used for posts in the farmhut as it lasts about four years. Name in Kelabit language: Birar Uwang. |
