| Field notes | Cultivated rattan, 14-17 leaf lets in groups á 2-5 (1-8). 10-40 cm. between the internodes. Coffee au lait coloured latex. Uses: Fiber for plaiting of baskets. Fiber for tying. Shoot is edible but bitter. Name in Kelabit language: Wae Toki. |
