Field notes Tree some 15 m. tall. The inside bark is yellow. Uses: Prevention of leeches: rub the inside of the bark onto the skin/clothes and the leeches will stay away. As poison for tuba fishing: The bark is crushed and thrown into the river and the fish get stunned. Name in Kelabit language: Anit Palang.
