| Field notes | Uses: For honey collecting. The bark is dried, and when somebody goes to collect honey from the wild bees, this bark is burnt when he climps up the tree. The smoke drive away the bees as they do not like the smell. In the old days the dried bark was considered good to help starting the fire. Name in Kelabit language: War Muan. |
