| Field notes | Tree some 6 m. tall. Mature fruit gelly-like. Very common pioneer in regenerating swidden fields. Uses: Fruit edible, very tasty with a sherry-like aroma. Preferred as fencing post, as it quickly and easily sprouts from a cut post. Name in Kelabit language: Rabachak. |
