| Field notes | The largest rattan around Nanga Sumpa. About 30 cm. between the internodes, About 40 cm. from leafbase to first pair of leaflets. About 24 pair of leaflets in groups á 3, towards the tip in groups á 2 and single. Leaf plate 1.5-2 m. long. Uses: Fibre for basket making. Edible shoot. Name in Iban language: Wee Tibu. |
