| Field notes | Rattan with 20-25 cm. between the internodes. 30-40 cm. from leafbase to first group of leaflets. 6-8 pair of leaflets in groups á 2-4. Uses: Fibre is used to make baskets and as string for binding purposes etc. It does not last very long in wet conditions. Name in Iban language: Wee Lepoh. |
