Field notes Tree some 8 m. tall. Uses: Kulat Tepik, a popular edible mushroom( Auricularia amicula, Auriculariaceae) likes to grow on this tree. The wood is good for firewood. Mythology: When Beji visited the gods in the sky the bridge to get there was made from the wood of entepong. Name in Iban language: Entepong.
