| Field notes | Acaulescent with erect dark green leaves generally glossy when young, the pinnae at 180° angle. Stems sometimes developed by procumbent with many adventitious roots. Spadices erect from below the leaves, orangish when mature with green fruit. Staminate spadices all passed but branched. Seedlings numerous and much smaller. Immature fruit 8 x 5 mm. |
