| Field notes | Tree 30 m tall, 40 cm diam. Latex white copious. On terra firme north of Laguna Grande. Siona: Mimi-toa. Spanish: Caimito de monte. Fruits eaten by monkeys (Chorongo, parahuaci, Saimiris, Maichin, Howler monkey). Fruits also eaten by people. Fruits sweet. (Siona: Mimi = colibri; toa = fruit). |
