Field notes	Cespitose palm. Stem 3.06 m high, 0.7 cm thick, smoot; internodes 10 cm long, green. Leaves 6 per stem; sheaths closed, 31 cm long; petiole 22 cm long, section margined; rachis 42 cm long; lamina pinnate, 47 x 57 cm, flat, glabrous; pinnae 13 per side, insertion regular, basal pinna 28 cm long, middel pinna 29 cm long, apical pinna 17 cm long. Inflorescence interfoliar; prophyll 1 cm long, 0,6 cm wide, papery; peduncular bract 5 cm long, brown, papery; peduncle 5.5 cm long, 0.4 cm wide; rachis 1 cm long, 0.4 cm wide.
