| Field notes | Stem 58cm long and 0.5cm thick with a smooth surface. Crown: 7 leaves, petioles round in cross-section. Leaves: sheath length 15cm, petiole length 34cm, lamina length 48cm and 20cm wide. Spines on the sheath and the leaf apex. Leaves are bifid. 2 infructescences: peduncle bract length 10cm and 0.5cm wide (with spines on the surface), peduncle length 13cm, rachis length 4cm and unbranched. 2 duplicates. Found in subunit 054. |
