| Field notes | Stem 50cm long and 0.5cm thick with a smooth surface. Crown: 3 leaves, petioles round in cross-section. Leaves: sheath length 8cm, petiole length 7cm, lamina length 32cm and 12cm wide. Leaves are bifid, and have hair on the surface. 1 infructescence (red fruits): peduncular bract length 5cm and 0.5cm wide with spines on the surface (woody), peduncle length 2cm, rachis length 2cm and unbranched. 2 duplicates. Found in subunit 071. |
