| Field notes | No stem except petioles. Crown: 7 leaves, petioles round in cross-section. Leaves: sheath length 35cm, petiole length 146cm, lamina length 118cm and 96cm wide, all 4 features have black spines on the surface. Pinnae: 21, irregularly distributed with spines on the surface. Palm sterile. 2 duplicates. Found near subunit 019. |
