| Field notes | Stem 201cm long and 0.5cm thick with a smooth surface. Crown: 6 leaves, petioles rounded below and flat above. Leaves: sheath length 11cm, petiole length 260cm, lamina length 26cm and 23cm wide. Leaves are bifid, with spines at the apex of the the leaf. 1 infructescence: peduncular bract length 5cm and 2cm wide (woody), peduncle length 2cm, rachis length 3cm and unbranched. Found in subunit 063. |
