| Field notes | Stem solitary, 1.5 m tall, 2 cm diam. green. Lvs. 5, loosely arranged in the crown, simple. Infructescences among the bases of the old leaves, fruits yellow turning black. This entire leaved form of C. pinnatifrons was very scarce, observed maybe only once more during 4 days walking between "18 de Febrero" and Untsuants. |
