| Field notes | Liana climbing in the vegetation. Stem 1-2 cm thick, 20 (+) m long. Fresh leaves inserted distichously along the apical 5 m. Each leaf with a 1-1.5 m long rachis section with normal pinnae, the rachis continuing into a 1-1.5 m long section with the pinnae modified to hooks. Infructescense in the axil of a fresh leaf. . |
