Trunk to ca 5 cm in diam and 3 m tall. Crown of 6-8 leaves. Inflorescences to 3 on one trunk, infrafoliar, often originating in sheaths of old leafbases with detached laminas; spathes persisting throug flowering and fruiting but towards the end very rotten. Uses: No uses or only occasionally used to thatch a temporary shelter. |
