Field notes Secoya: "Huá-có". Spanish: "Deodorante de indigena". Stem 30-40 cm tall, several leaves in terminal rosette, inflorescence intrafoliar, light greenish to yellow. Uses: Inflorescence may be rubbed on the skin to create a pleasant odor or the inflorescence may simply be carried in the "armbaand" to ????? its odor.
