| Field notes | Quichua: Yucturimandi. Herb with soft stem to 1 m high and 5 cm diam in shaded places in tall forest on terra firme. Uses: Against Conga bites. Preparations: The stem is broken and the sap from the break is applied to the bite to weaken the pain. |
