| Field notes | Bulbous herb, with onion shaped bulb at 20 cm depth; stem fleshy, green, calyces green, corollas orange, anthers cream;leafless when flowering. Foliage from cultivated bulbs added to specimen on 10 March 1997. Scattered in grassy patches and amongst shrubs. |
