Sheath 37 cm long, open to the base, with few coarse fibus at margin; petiole 25 cm long, 2 cm wide, light green, rounded below, flat to slightly ridged above with pronounced ridges; rachis 122 cm long; pinnae 6-8 per side, 2-15 veined; lower pinnae 50 x 4 cm, middle 62 x 16 cm; apical pinnae 32 x 11 cm. Infructescences 2; prophyll not seen; peduncular bract not seen, inserted 1 cm above the prophyll; peduncle 20 x 4 cm, green adaxially, yellow abaxially; rachis 30 cm; 1. order rachillae 22, the upper 11 simple; lower 1. order rachillae 20 cm with 11 2. order rachillae, the upper 9 simple; 2. rachillae 16.19 cm long, 5 mm wide, yellow. Fruits globose, 7 mm diam, bluish-black. |
