| Field notes | In clump of 4, 2 adults and 2 juveniles. Subacaulescent. 7 leaves measured: sheath and petiole 130-220 cm, rachis 360-420 cm, 81-96 pairs of pinnae on each side; pinna at middle 95-121 cm x 6-7 cm, at apex 37-47 cm x 6-7 cm (3-5 pinnae connate). Inflorescence: prophyll 63 cm x 11 cm; bract 90 cm; peduncle 99 cm, 4 x 3 cm at base, 3 x 2 cm under the rachis, 33 cm long between bract insertion and rachis base; rachis 33 cm. Infructescence: peduncle 100 cm, section at base 5 x 4 cm, near rachis 3.5 x 3 cm, bract inserted at 46 cm from the base of the rachis; rachis 36 cm |
