| Field notes | Shrubby tree, about 4 m high, with lianescent top. Older branchelets dark brown velvety, young branchelets yellowish-pale brown, velvety. Young leaves with a floccose indumentum above, prominent reticulate beneath, pale green, older leaves papery, dark green above, pale green beneath with prominent reticulate venation. Sepals erect, pale green. Petals whitish-green, erect. Fruits velutinous yellowish-brown together with flowers in one and the same inflorescence. Flowers and fruits in spirit coll. WAG |
