| Field notes | Tree, 10 m tall, stem 10-15 cm diam. Leaves dark green above, paler below. Lower leaves with up to 7 ascending lobes, incised 2/3 to base; petiole 43 cm long, 7 mm diam.; blade 34 x 45 cm; upper leaves entire, lanceolate to to nearly sessile, blade 18 x 5 cm, or smaller among inflorescence branches. Inflorescence axis ca. 25 cm long, with 30 simple branches, these acending to horizontal, to 15 cm long. Female flowerheads stalked 5-8 mm, green, with 7-10 flowers |
