| Field notes | Cespitose palm, with stems to 10 m tall and 10-15 cm in diameter. Up to 8 infructescence branches observed. This palm forms huge stands mixed with Prestoea ensiformis and Euterpe precatoria. Young stem base with suckers sampled. Unicate. |
