| Field notes | Cespitose; stems to 4 m tall, 3-5 cm in diameter. Leaf axis reddish brown, curved, with erect pinnae. Inflorescence branched to 2 orders, horizontal to slightly erect, with adscending branches Inflorescence main axis 45 cm long, primary branches 13, two lower branched to 2 orders, next 4 to 1 order, upper 7 simple. Lower branches 26 cm long, ultimate flower being branches ca 14 cm x 7 mm. |
