| Field notes | Terrestrial herb, ca. 1 m tall near sungai Purut, rhizome adscending, white, stem mid green; leaves lamina corrugated, dark green above, small short hairy, small short hairy, scattered, ligule short; inflorescence 1 or 2 order at base and one comes outat top with green scale of pedisel 2 order with purplish color of pedisel; Infrlo. white, flower small and purplish to pale, sometimes inflo. only arising at top of the shoots. |
