| Field notes | Ca 4 tall. Leaf-blade up to 3 x 0.4 m, dimidiate at base. Inflorescence pendent, peduncle ca 0.2 m long. Lower spathes green with red bases, upper spathes red with pale yellow tips. Flowers yellow. Petioles and young fruits yellowish white. |
