| Field notes | Clustering, climbing rattan to 8m height, stem length 10m, leaves 5m total, incl. petiole 1.2m and cirrus 80cm, leaflets 40 per side, leaflets dark green and very shiny on both sides, sheath mouth spines to 40 cm, erect, internodes 20 cm, sheaths mustard yellow with brown indumentum, spines orange y yellow with brown indumentum, no knee present, stem diameter with sheaths 6cm, without sheath 2.5cm, inflorescence 80cm, branched to 2 orders, with 5 first order branches, inflorescence erect |
