| Field notes | Solitary palm, very common in teh area. Stem 65 cm long. Diam. 0.8 cm. Length of internode 7.2 cm. Stem green glabrous with conspicuous nodes. Base of stem with adventitious roots. No. of leaves 4 + 1 juvenile. No. of infructesceces 1, insrted at the 2nd apical node. No. of rachillae 2. Petiole and rachillae orange. Fruits orange-green. |
