| Field notes | Solitary palm, very common in the area. Stem 35 cm long. Diam. 1.2 cm. Length of internode 7.6 cm. Stem green glabrous with conspicuous nodes. Base of stem with adventitious roots. No. of leaves 4 + 1 juvenile. No. of inflorescences 1, inserted at the 1st apical node. No. of rachillae 6. Rachis, rachillae and flowers green. |
