| Field notes | Solitary juvenile rattan, without cirrus; stem 50 cm long. Eight leaves in crown; leaf sheath about 10 cm long, open, splitting cleanly; leaf petiole 40-50 cm long; leaf rachis 65 cm long, with 2 x 9 leaflets, evenly distributed in one plane, subopposite to alternate; leaflet blade chartaceous, cucullate. |
