| Field notes | Epiphytic. Shoots scandent to hanging. Peduncle, pedi- cel and calyx red, corolla tube basally red, apically white. Nom. vern.: "Kin-lui/.-choa" (Cayapa) Use: The flowers are eaten with a little bit of salt. Said to be very tasty. |
