| Field notes | Common clustering rattan with long canes up to 50 m. Stem with white latex, diam. without sheaths 2 cm, with sheaths 3 cm. Leaf petiole and blade combined about 3 m long. Cirrus 70 cm long. Distance between leaf axils 40 cm; pinnae about 2 X 100, regularly dstributed. Fruit 1.8 cm in diam. Photo of and fruit in CS and pinnae showing bristles. |
