| Field notes | Herb. Collected from canoe close to waterfront. Nom. vern.: Bi-bina-tapé (Cayapa). Use: For vomiting caused by the disease "Maleyde" (antiemetic), a children's disease characterized by high fever. Prep.: A decoction is made from the crude leaves and a small cup drunk 3 times a day. Said to stop the vomiting. |
