| Field notes | Herb, 30-40 cm. On river bank. Flowers whitish. Nom vern.: Baso-remedio-tapé (Cayapa). Use: For pains in the lower parts of the stomach (large intestine?). Prep.: The crude leaves are crushed and a small amount of water added. The extract is drunk 3 times a day just before the meals. |
