| Field notes | Caespitose, with individual stems up to 1 m tall and 0.8 cm in diam. Distance between leaf scars from 8 cm basally, gradually decreasing in length to 4.5 cm below the crown. Leaves bifid, blade with 2 x 8 veins. |
