| Field notes | Solitary. stem 2.20 m from base to lowermost leaf. Leaf sheath 45 cm long, tubular in almost entire length and forming a crownshaft. Unexposed part yellow, exposed part green. Internodes basally 10 cm long, apically (below crownshaft) 6 cm long and green. Petiole 40-50 cm long. Floral rachis green. Rachillae yellow. Fruits green. |
