| Field notes | Solitary. Stem 3.6 m tall, 8 cm in diam. Leaves in crown 30. Leaf sheath 10 cm. Petiole 1.8 m. Number of infructescences 4, with numerous immature globose, green fruits, 0.4 cm in diam. Peduncle 54 cm. Prophyll 23 cm long. First PD bract 39 cm long. Second PD bract 28 cmlong. Rachis 1.3 m long with 9 first order branches. Basal first order branch 37 cm long with 22 second order branches.
