| Field notes | Stem solitary, smooth, 2.5 m tall, 9 cm diam. Leaves ca 20; petiole split at base, at least 230 cm long, rounded abaxially, triangular adaxially. Leaf split into 10-15 segments, these split almost to base and each segment with 4-5 teeth at the apex. Leaves silvery abaxially. Inflorescence interfoliar. Growing in wet places by streams, at least 50 plants seen, but all near cleared areas. 2Falso bombonaje” |
