| Field notes | Stem solitary, 15 m tall, 35-40 cm diameter, rough with persistent leaf bases. Petioles 2 m long; blades costapalmate, more or less flat; each segment split for ca. 20 cm at the apex, the segments 110 per leaf, regularly split for half to two thirds the blade lenght, single, not grouped. Inflorescence buds collected. DNA sample. |
