| Field notes | Stems solitary, 2.5 m to lowest leaf, 66 cm diameter at breast height. Leaves 6; sheaths 2 m long; petioles 40 cm long; rachis 4 m long with 20 primary pinnae per side; the primary rachis to 270 cm long; secondary pinnae 25 per side of primary rachis. Inflorescencen pendulous; rachillae 210 cm long. DNA specimen. V.n. “dung dinh”. |
