| Field notes | Stems clustered, forming large clumps of many stems, 5 m tall, 3 cm diameter, green. Leaves 7; sheaths 31 cm long, green; petioles 5 cm long; rachis 59 cm long; pinnae 12 per side of rachis, stiffly spreading in one plane. Inflorescences branched to 3 orders; flowers yellowish-green; ripe fruits red. DNA specimen. v.n. “cau nuoc, cau rung” |
