| Field notes | Terrestrial herb to 3.5 m, in clump. Base of leafy shoot to 6 cm, pale green with pale brown margin. Sheath yellow-green. Lamina sessile, to 65 x 13 cm, plain green, pale beneath. Ligule to 12 mm, membranous, bilobed, pale green. Inflorescence to 80 cm, erect. Peduncle pale green. Spike to 26 x 6 cm. Bract creamish yellow, margin reflexed near apex. Deposited at: AAU, BO, E, Andalas University. Material in spirit. Photographed. DNA sampled. |
