| Field notes | Terrestrial herb, 1.6 m, rhizome long-creeping. Sheath with wax and young leaf with red blurs. 2–3 flowers per inflorescence. Calyx shiny dark red at tip, petals red, labellumpale red with central white, anther red, stigma red OR pale pink. Vernacular name: tubu bulit (Kelabit). Also seen in flower along trail to Long Main. |
