| Field notes | Terrestrial herb 3.5 m, in loose cluster of 2 shoots. 46 leaves per shoot, narrow, lanceolate. Peduncle horizontal, 60-70 cm, inflorescence capitate, bracts recurved, all purple. Flowers cream. Vernacular name (in Iban language): Ligun. Deposited at: Sarawak Biodiversity Centre, SAR, AAU, L. Material also preserved in spirit. Photographed. aff.! |
