| Field notes | Terrestrial herb to 3 m, rhizome long-creeping, slender. Base 4-5 cm. Sheath green, ligule purple brown, leaves sessile, plain green, pubescent below. Young leaf not red. Buds indicate pink-red flowers and sessile anther. Deposited at: Sarawak Biodiversity Centre, SAR, AAU. |
