Field notes Terrestrial herb between limestone boulders. Infructescence only. Peduncle 80 cm, plain green, more speckled at base, Inflorescence 30 cm. Vernacular name: tongkat langit. Use: if vomit blood, cut tuber and soak in water and drink. The unopened leaf hung above the door will stop snakes from entering (informant: Hj. Suleiman, Kg. Tidong). Specimen at: SAN, KEP, AAU.
